Attorney from Universidad Diego Portales, with postgraduate studies at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has more than 15 years of professional practice in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and Real Estate Law.

With 14 years of experience in Intellectual Property, he has advised numerous Chilean and foreign companies on trademark registration. He has prosecuted invention patent applications under the Paris Convention and through the PCT route, and has litigated copyright and industrial property matters before INAPI and the Industrial Property Court (TDPI).

In Corporate Law, he develops corporate schemes and restructuring processes, optimizes business structures and resolves complex corporate matters, leading multidisciplinary teams of attorneys, accountants and related professionals.
